Finca Monte opinion Brochero Council 2008:
Signature wine produced by J.M. Sardon sources. Very limited production of 1800 bottles made with the red variety of the country, harvested in vineyards of 70 years old.
To tweak, this wine undergoes aging for 15 months in oak barrels.
The result is a powerful and tasty wine, with slightly spicy aromas.
We got on a trip made to Zamora, where we bought several typical wines of Zamora, wine by its small circulation not reach beyond the market in a few shops in the province.
maybe we expected a little more character and power, although it has been nice to share it with friends, along with good cheese and canapés.
Brochero Finca Monte Concejo- Tierra del Vino de Zamora
Designation of origin Tierra del Vino de Zamora, a different wine worth trying for its short production, terroir and good flavor development.
Tasty and original.
