Review Quixote Petit Verdot 2008 Pago Casa del Blanco:
Curious wine made from a grape variety with very short production: Petit Verdot.
Bodegas Pago Casa del Blanco is located in Ciudad Real and has a history of over 150 years of producing wines.
Initially they developed their wines under the appellation of origin Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, but in 2009 due to the uniqueness of the environment and soils obtained the name of Pago, since their wines are DOP Pago Casa del Blanco being the only cellar with this name.
They claim that their wines are a true expression of the terroir where they are produced.
With a very intense cherry color and a soothing aromas.
On the palate this is a, very mineral wine different to everything tasted so far.
Pago Casa del Blanco DOP Quixote
Fluffy, with final persistence.
A wine slick and ideal for meat dishes.
Different. Forced try.
