Review Sango Reserve 2010 by Rejadorada Wineries:
Surprising and unknown wine Toro.
We met on a visit to the town of Toro and one of the wineries located in the town center.
Rejadorada, is one of the wineries oldest Toro and its facilities include a wine museum with free admission bull and where they teach in an old cellar steps following the wine from the harvest to the bottle.
At the end of this museum Rejadorada, we get to remember a city mug bull and a pack with three bottles of wine from this winery.
Rejadorada Roble, Sango Novellum Reserve and upbringing.
Sango book is an excellent wine bull has been aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Its flavor and character is 100% bull, a powerful wine with great persistence.
Light balsamic aromas and an excellent match with meat dishes, cured meats and cheeses.

A surprise because we did not know this wine and the winery.
Recommended test it, no doubt.
